Your new home: in a prime location in Zollikon

The new development at Rebwiesstrasse 54 stands out thanks to its visual clarity and high-quality design. With its light-coloured ceramic tiles, the building blends harmoniously into the lush greenery of the garden. The spacious, sun-drenched apartments, with their well-thought-out layouts and floor-to-ceiling windows, face south-west towards the lake and offer an exceptional quality of living. Due to a slight offset in the building’s volume, the terraces also provide plenty of privacy, partial lake views and a wonderful vista. Particular emphasis was given to the building’s sustainability. A heat pump with a ground source heat exchanger, a photovoltaic system and a rear-ventilated façade ensure optimum energy efficiency. Direct access to the parking garage via a car lift offers additional convenience.

Curzio Ardinghi – Architecture for the Senses

«Good architecture has to stir emotions
and prove its worth in everyday life.»
Through his work, the architect Curzio Ardinghi combines two central concerns: architecture should evoke emotions and convey a sense of security and well-being to people. Together with his team, he develops solutions that impress not only in design and sustainability, but also in terms of materialisation, lighting, acoustics and privacy – in short, in all those sensory dimensions that bring architecture to life. Curzio Ardinghi completed his architecture degree at the renowned Università degli Studi di Firenze and has been running his own office in Zurich's Seefeld district since 2015.
